Payment methods
The site store.visionbox.it accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro circuits)
- Bank transfer
- Financing/Operational leasing (Grenke)
- PayPal
- Klarna
Credit card
If “Credit Card” is selected as the payment method, the customer can make payment with cards on the VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro circuits. Upon completion of the order, you will be redirected to the payment circuit for authorization of the transaction.
Payments on this site are certified by the Verified by Visa, Mastercard Secure code and American Express SafeKey security systems. These systems require confirmation of payment by entering a security code provided by the credit card issuer. The Customer should contact their bank if they do not have the security code or if they require further information (see the “Security of payments” section).
In order to make the payment, the following information is required from the user: card number, date of issue, cardholder and CVV2 code.
During payment you will be redirected to the website of MonetaWeb (a company in the Banca Intesa San Paolo Group), which is responsible for credit card payment transactions on the store.visionbox.it website. During this step, you will be required to provide your consent to the use of data by MonetaWeb. Please note that your data will only be used for the purposes of paying for the order and will not be transferred to third parties.
If the goods are purchased with Visa or Mastercard credit cards, your bank will only authorize the amount of the purchase when the online transaction has been concluded.
The amount of the order will be debited to the Customer’s credit card only when the order has been fulfilled.
At no time during the purchase procedure will Visionbox.it know your credit card details nor the purchaser’s credit card number or any other financial or personal information of the Customer. This information will be sent at the time of confirmation by the Customer, via a secure connection, directly to the website of the bank or finance company.
Bank transfer
By selecting the payment method “Bank transfer”, the Customer, having completed the order procedure on store.visionbox.it, can make a bank transfer to the following account:

The transfer must be made no later than 3 working days after the date of placing the order. The order will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within 3 working days.
Payment by bank transfer will result in a longer delivery time than other payment methods. This is because Visionbox.it needs to verify your payment.
To speed up this process and receive the order faster, the Customer can provide Visionbox.it with the CRO (transaction code) by email to: ordini@visionbox.it.
When providing the transaction code (CRO) to Visionbox.it by email, the Customer must also state:
The TRN (transaction reference number), a series of 30 alphanumeric characters; the order number (e.g. 10000589);
The name of the person placing the order (name on the invoice);
Indicate in the email heading: “INVIO CODICE CRO ORDINE NR. XXXXXXXXX”. (“SENDING CRO CODE FOR ORDER NO. XXXXXXXX”).
Payment with rentals/operating leases
Customers can pay using the payment method “Rentals/Operating lease”. Visionbox.it only offers an intermediation service for rentals and/or operating leases. Rental/leasing requests are subject to the approval of the service provider.
The final confirmation of the order is subject to the request having been accepted by the rental/leasing company.

PayPal
By selecting “PayPal” as the payment method, the Customer can make the payment quickly and securely using their PayPal account. Upon completion of the order, they will be redirected to the PayPal platform to authorize the transaction.
PayPal also offers the option of deferring payment with a range of flexible solutions:
- Pay in 3 interest-free instalments: split the amount into 3 monthly instalments at zero interest, with no additional costs
- Installments up to 24 months: choose to pay in 6, 12 or 24 monthly instalments for larger purchases
The availability of instalment payment options and the related conditions are subject to PayPal’s approval and vary depending on the order amount. During the checkout phase, the Customer can check the options available for their purchase and select the one that best suits their needs. All payment information is managed directly by PayPal through secure connections, ensuring maximum security of personal and financial data.
Klarna
By selecting “Klarna” as the payment method, the Customer can make a quick and secure payment. Once the order is complete, they will be redirected to the Klarna platform to authorise the transaction.
Klarna also offers a range of flexible payment options, allowing you to manage and defer your payments:

Pay in 3 interest-free instalments: split the total amount into 3 monthly instalments at 0% interest, with no additional costs. The first instalment is charged at the time of purchase, whilst the next two will be debited automatically every 30 days.

Pay in 30 days: receive your purchases first and pay the full amount at your convenience within 30 days of the dispatch date, with no interest or additional charges.
The availability of instalment or deferred payment options and the associated terms and conditions are subject to Klarna’s approval and vary depending on the order amount. During the checkout process on the Visionbox Store, the Customer can view the options available for their purchase and select the one that best suits their needs. All payment information is handled directly by Klarna via secure connections, ensuring the utmost security of personal and financial data.
