HDMI & IR Extender over IP

This extender allows HDMI signals up to 1080p to be distributed over an Ethernet network to multiple displays. The ideal solution for applications such as Digital Signage, public displays and large-scale presentations. This extender converts the HDMI signal into a broadcast signal over IP, with the signal being distributed via network switches. This product family enables 1:1 (point-to-point) and 1-to-many (point-to-multipoint) distributions. In addition, when connected to networks with managed switches with broadcast support, also many-to-many distributions. Leveraging up to 3 layers of active network equipment to distribute HDMI signals, this product type integrates perfectly in large facilities such as schools, hotels, hospitals, shopping centres and large companies. Finally, it is possible to connect transmitter and receiver directly with a dedicated Cat.6 network cable up to 100m long for a point-to-point solution.
