Shipping

The products purchased on the Site will be delivered by specialized courier to the address indicated in the Purchase Order.

The delivery date will be indicated at the time of placing the order and in the shipping confirmation email. The goods will be delivered to the street level front door of the address given by the Customer, unless otherwise specified.

Calculation of the delivery date starts from the time the customer receives the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping and delivery times will always depend on the physical availability of the product at the manufacturer’s warehouses.

All delivery dates are indicative and may be changed as a result of events of force majeure, traffic and road conditions or actions by a public authority.

Visionbox.it declines all liability for the late fulfilment or late delivery of the ordered goods.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs are payable by the Customer and will be expressly indicated when the order is placed. The cost of delivery will be calculated automatically depending on the type of product purchased.

Surcharges may apply under particular conditions such as restricted traffic zones, hard-to-reach or outlying destinations.

If the Customer is purchasing multiple products and Visionbox.it only offers free delivery for one of them, the Customer will in any case have to pay the cost of delivery for the other products in the order.

Complaints

On receipt of the goods and in the courier’s presence, the Customer is required to check that:

  • the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the delivery note or transport document (DDT) delivered by the Courier;
  • the packaging is intact and presents no visible signs of damage or tampering and is neither wet nor too light, nor showing any signs of the seals, packing tape or labels having been altered or opened.
  • the dimensions of the box and the information on the product pack correspond to the articles purchased.

Any complaints about product deliveries or the condition of the products at the time of delivery must be reported to Visionbox.it in one of the following ways:

  • By contacting Customer Services on +39 0721/1626262
  • By sending a registered letter addressed to: Visionbox.it Srl Benefit, viale Napoli, 83, 61121 Pesaro (PU)
  • By sending a certified email to: visionbox@pec.it

Any external damage or discrepancy in the number of boxes delivered must be reported immediately to the courier by writing the following words “Ritiro con riserva per pacco danneggiato” (“Goods received with reservation due to damaged packaging”) or “Ritiro con riserva per colli mancanti” (“Goods received with reservation due to missing boxes”).

In addition, Visionbox.it must be formally notified within 8 days, using one of the contact methods listed above.

If it is not possible to verify the integrity of the product at the time of delivery, please write “subject to checking” on the delivery receipt. Once the Courier’s transport document has been signed, the Customer can no longer object to the quantity or quality of the products received.

Any hidden damage or irregularities discovered after delivery of the products must be reported to Visionbox Customer Services no later than 8 calendar days after receipt, using one of the contact methods listed above.

Any complaints not made within the above terms will be disregarded. The Customer assumes full responsibility for all the information declared.
